"This is a lovely hotel which has very nice rooms. We stayed in one of the old buildings but it felt like it had been recently refurbished. Very nice finishes and big rooms. The hotel is in a great location in Ouchy and close to the lake and subway up to Lausanne centre. It doesn't have a bar like a conventional hotel however it does have a restaurant and recommends a bar in the sister property across the road. "Directly hotel access parking garage was available with fee. Hotel offered free Lausanne public transportation card so that we could use a metro and bus to the city center. Hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Every worker smiles and greets us. The room was sparkling clean, beautiful decorations. Bedding was super comfy with fresh sheets. "Isn’t safe"

"There wasn't a fridge in the room. No air conditioning either, just an old beat up fan than makes noise all the time. So we could not keep any drinks or food cold. The mattress was a thin and uncomfortable. Only 1 chair for a 4 person junior suite. Staff was great and so was breakfast. The pull out bed broke when we sat on it. No children were in the room, so no rough play. Just sitting normally. Very basic room."
