"The location of the hotel is great, but not much else. The air conditioner in the rooms is not very strong, so it’s always pretty warm in the rooms. The towels provided look really old and are frayed."

"The rooms are not as clean and well maintained. There was also no hot water and room service could have been better. They claim to have a mini refrigerator but it only keeps drinks room temperature. I was expecting more from this hotel."

"First of all we had to be moved 2 times because ac didnt work and in the last room Jesus staff member, went above and beyond getting us a fan for the room. Only with the fan on we where able to be comfortable in the room since the weather was very hot. Also outlets didnt work very well ,plus windows wouldn't close completely so the bit of air from the ac would leak out. So hotel needs a lot of tlc. Even the staff mention the ac wouldn't go lower than 22c. Would be nice if the rooms had a mini...
