I hope they will get around to the machines because it's horrible to have to go from one floor to another for accommodations."

"The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. "I would give this property 5 stars because almost everything about it was perfect BUT there was ants throughout the room floor which I wasn’t too happy about. I know that it could’ve been from the previous guest - maybe they dropped or spilled food crumbs or even sugary drinks. However, I’m sure with proper cleaning and maintenance this could be prevented in the future. "The property and staff were great. My only issue had to do with breakfast. It wasn’t very good or appealing. I get managing costs but that breakfast should not be advertised as an amenity. The selection was poor and not very appealing. I skipped breakfast on my 2nd day. Other than the food is was a great stay."

"Staff was great. Pool was inside and not well maintained. There is only snacky foods to take back to your room (did not have the breakfast). Room was comfortable. You know good for business trip but nothing more. Very much like a Hampton Inn."
