Highly commend service of check-in staff Nit Gan especially since male guest in front of us gave her a long and super hard time but she didn’t flinch a beat and served us with super efficiency and accommodate our request for early check-in despite we arriving at around 1pm. "Hotel is dated and needs a refurbishment. The addition of a heat pool would allow for winter swimming like at other hotels in Sanya. Restaurants were limited in selection and tired. Location seemed away from the any other decent off-site dining so overall not a great location if you are looking for a winter retreat. "

"Lovely two day stay at the Villa in Sanya, away from any crowds and a nice beachfront mostly to ourselves. Breakfast was quite good even if dinner on-site was more average, but quite close to downtown Sanya so plenty of local dining options within easy reach. Very pleasant little retreat!"
