"The young lady who was the receptionist for the evening was WONDERFUL. So helpful. We had a problem with the window not latching (we were on the ground level, so not safe) and she moved us to another room. I asked about a nearby restaurant and commented that I wanted something special because it was my husband’s birthday, and when we came back from dinner, she had a little goodie bag for him … with travel snacks, etc. So thoughtful!
