"The rooms were clean when we got there and smelled nice. They only clean every 3 days, though. The kitchen was cool, but it really needed some frying pans. They only had 3 pots. There were regular dishes, glasses, and silverware, but no big bowls. The elevator kept breaking down during our 6-day stay. Most of the staff didn't speak English, but they used their phones to help translate."

"The location is amazing and the price is honestly great for being right downtown.They’re doing major remodeling right now and it’s kind of a mess. The lobby is chaotic, my room had a really strong chemical smell, and the shower door wouldn't even close. Plus, only one elevator is working—I ended up waiting like 10 minutes just to get downstairs during the morning rush.Breakfast isn't free, it’s ten bucks a person. Parking is another 30 dollars a night, though that’s pretty standard for downtown....

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean with fresh linen, a towel, and a 12X12" locker for each guest in the room. Remember, this is a hostel, not a hotel.
