From the outside, the property looks great—clean, well-kept, and inviting—but unfortunately, that didn’t carry through once we stepped inside. "We were a late minute find a hotel for the night. It was convenient, decently priced, safe area and near other hotels/restaurants. It was clean, and they seem to be newer owners. Our duvets were not matched. They seem to be going through changes, I think new owners. Staff was friendly, overall good, just not the great. Give them time. We slept well, great beds."

"If you don’t want to offer smoking rooms, don’t offer smoking rooms, don’t just palm off the worst rooms to smokers. When I arrived the room was cold and I couldn’t get the heating to work. I went back to reception and the manager came over, he put the heating dials on one very specific setting and it did get warm, but only for a while then it started blowing cool again.
