"Stayed for 4 nights and my room was never serviced. I got new towels once after I asked for them. Pool was dirty and wasn’t cleaned or serviced the whole time I was there. The front desk older blonde/ white haired lady with the frizzy hair who checked me in was so rude. She gave me zero details about my room or the hotel. I had called a day ahead about late check in, but when I got there she tried to tell me that she couldn’t do it. EVEN THO I ALREADY PAID FOR THE NIGHT BEFORE. After I corrected...

"The property is maintained with attention to detail from every aspect of a historical hotel. We liked the personalized welcome card and the homemade soap and loofah. The location is fantastic and the pub below added to our stay. My wife had a bad knee and not having the elevator was about the only negative, however I’m certain it will be ready next time we visit. Great job and meeting Joey was like a family member making sure our stay was pleasant."

"This was our second stay at this property and once again we enjoyed our time. The 2-room suite was beautiful and comfortable, the scene of the lake relaxing. The included breakfast selections were great and the food was tasty. They told us that they're currently doing renovations (5/20/26), but honestly we could not see any signs as they kept everything nice and clean. We look forward to seeing what the renovations bring because in our opinion the property is already lovely."
