"Great hotel, great staff very knowledgeable and helpful"

"Great place to stay for your visit. Would go back to again"

"New property, conveniently located near shopping."

"Quiet, clean and well kept."

"Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage"

"Hotel definitely has seen some better days. Beds and pillows were not the most comfortable, but the room size is more than enough. The location of the hotel is the best part of our stay (that is if you want to be closer to the museum and the peace memorial) especially that we have an older adult travelling. Convenience stores and transpo are within short walking distance."

"The only issue with the hotel was the elevator. There were two elevators for 14 floors and there was always a wait. Good breakfast buffet and good rooftop onsen. I think hotel users need to be reminded that the onsen is fully nude as many people broke the rules."
