"We chose this location to stay during a youth softball tournament. The primary recently chose it was the fact that it had a swimming pool. When we arrived, there was a sign on the counter, saying that the pool was closed. I had received prior communication regarding the stay, but nothing mentioned the closure of the pool. Needless to say, we had a lot of disappointed young girls."

"Booked two nights. Barely made it through one. The woman at check-in was very nice, which honestly ended up being the highlight of the stay. The room itself was not great, and the bed felt like sleeping on plywood with a loose sheet thrown over it. No fitted sheet, which was odd, but at least it made checking for bedbugs easy. "Three rooms occupied in a 50+ room building, and we get put in the room adjacent to one of the three occupied rooms - walls were paper-thin, so we got to listen to the neighbor's TV all night. That person checked out after two days, and a fighting drunk couple with a heavy NY accent subsequently checked in to that same room (again with more than 50 other possible rooms available, why right next door??).
