"Clean rooms"

"The hotel has a wonderful location, and this was the main reason we chose to stay here. We were also attracted by the advertised spa facilities. Unfortunately, after just one night, the spa stopped operating, and nobody informed us in advance. We had booked and paid for a six-night stay, so this was extremely disappointing and completely changed our experience. The receptionist did not speak English very well and was unable to explain the situation properly or provide clear information. I...

"Airport shuttle is efficient, room temperature could not be adjusted"

"Tasty breakfast with lots of options. Located close to departures (car still advised with heavy luggage, but may walk otherwise)."

"The staff were friendly and helpful....but this definitely wasn't a sound proof room the local backyard dogs barked all night long. The ac didn't work so the room was sweltering and opening the patio door for fresh air was a bad idea with the mosquitos."

"Fortunately I picked up a Local SIM card at the train station. There was no one at reception- only a QR code to scan for check-in procedures. And that referred me to the agency where I booked the reservation. There, I did find check-in info. Construction of a subway station near the hotel limited access to restaurants or stores. There was access to an elevated walkway that crossed Central Expressway to the other side and it has elevators. The restaurant, Bistro Weiss, was good."

"Very adequate and convenient stay close to the airport. Area is very new and a lot development. The large balcony is nice and units are very spacious. The unit is as shown, slightly tired - outdoor furniture was broken, but useable if careful. The internet is not very quick, so just be aware if you need to work online while staying. Host was very helpful and answered our questions even though "after hours" auto reply said support hours were 9AM to 7PM when we messaged after 7pm. The host...

"Easy self check in. Super nice room, everything is new and sparkling clean. Price is amazing. If you look for stay near airport it’s a perfect place!"

"Fantastic hotel!! Highly recommend as it’s stunning but away from the hustle and bustle! It was about 30-40 mins away from the airport and 30 mins away from the old town."

"This place was convenient for where we wanted to be near. It would be helpful to add bus stop place names on the information to advise those using public transport on how to get to the destination. There is a bus stop opposite to get off at, and the closest one was along to the right as you exit the hotel, and walk up to the main road. You just need to cross over and head left to the flower shop. Use the app as this was helpful and a bus card for 72 hours was about £3.60. There is a supermarket...

"Excellent stay for our family of four. Great amenities and flexibility, able to check in late night/early morning to accommodate our schedule flying in. Super clean room, spacious, everything new and well appointed. Breakfast was amazing, good variety, excellent quality and service. 10 minutes drive from the airport and free, easy parking. Very nice and friendly staff. We will be back, highly recommended."

"Great apartment but the location advertised is incorrect. Contact the host beforehand if you need to park."

"Really good communication as originally had problems using the online check in. Once queried it was all sorted really quickly. Property really nice and modern. Would definitely stay here again"

"Very good. Great view."
