Finally found it, and the front desk said we didn't have a reservation. We showed him printed proof that we did, so he took us to a room and gave us towels and toilet paper. No key, and no wifi password. Two windows in the room were left ajar and they let in cold air. We promptly walked down the street and found a better hotel."
