Spent 15 minutes going back and forth with the owner because of this. They tried blaming expedia. Cleanliness was subpar- blankets had stains, tub had hair in it. Floors had food crumbs. Little patio was nice. Water barely gets warm in the shower. Housekeeping staff was still cleaning rooms at 3 pm and had dirty linens...

"This was the worst hotel! We booked a king room, when we got there they didn't have one. I agreed to two beds. When we got to our room there was a huge bag of trash outside the door and the whole front window was broken. The inside was not the cleanest, it looked like there was blood stains on the curtains. We immediately left. My husband went to the man on duty who was polite, but said we had to talk to Expedia about a refund because it was a non refundable room. I haven't heard back from...
