"The room was welcoming and comfortable. The shower head probably needs replaced. The water pressure was good, but the droplets were not distributing evenly therefore it felt like large water droplets in spots and stream in others. Not the most relaxing shower I’ve ever experienced. The staff, however, was welcoming and friendly."

I had to call and ask for them to please send someone mop our floor. It was filthy. "Was a decent room. The view was great! Looked over the Gulf and I loved it. Could even see the children playing in the pool down below. However, I thought it was weird to not have a microwave nor a fridge in my room. I liked the setup of the bathroom. The door didn’t have a lock on it but now that I think about it, idk if any hotel bathroom does. Idk. Front desk member Chris was very kind and helpful. I loved my complimentary cookie per usual, and I did enjoy my stay. Would stay there again."
