"This is my second time at the property in the last month and this stay was vastly different than the first. I booked the same type of room both times and this time the room had no stove eyes, and I planned my groceries around having them to cook on. It also seemed more outdated than the other room. Now on to the worst part of the trip-- the pools. The outdoor pool was DIRTY. I saw so many globs of hair, it was ridiculous. A used bandaid floating by, and then metal shards that actually stabbed...

"The staff was amazing, the suite was well stocked and clean. The property and amenities were so nice to come back to after a long day. We loved exploring the beautiful grounds! We will definitely be staying here when we come back!"

"Upon waking into the hotel and approaching the reception desk there was a female standing there getting her room key with visible signs of drug use as well as improper clothing. After that women left I went to the desk to get my room key while my wife went to look at the pool area. While she was by the pool she was smothered by the smell of weed that over a 5 minute period time being there it would consume the whole area outside. Once my wife and I received our room key we walked to our room and...

"MOUSE FECES on the bed! Absolutely DISGUSTING - anyone valuing their health / safety should stay FAR AWAY! Was one of the only places left on Expedia on Memorial Day weekend, not the best reviews, but I thought how bad could it be for a night after Busch Gardens? I should have turned and ran when I pulled in the parking lot and saw vagrants that appeared to be living in this motel doing drugs in clear view on the sidewalk. Quickly rushed my kids inside, locked the door behind us and immediately...

"Both of the rooms we had was dirty bugs everywhere and bed bugs"

"Clean cabin and nice staff members. I didn't like that we didn't have the pillows and the comforters ( but got informed about it before the trip ). Our cabin was by the railway so it was super loud, I couldn't sleep. The bathroom is not connected to the cabin ( and I also knew about it before coming to the place). My husband said the men's bathroom smelled absolutely horrible. "
