"Great price, location and breakfast."

"This trip reminded me of where I stayed in WVA . I really enjoyed myself. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. This I would return to this hotel."

"The house was lovely. The decor fit with the age of the house and was tastefully done. The breakfast was good. Our room and bathroom were clean. The area was really nice. It is close to Franciscan University of Steubenville."

"This establishment was CLOSED! We demand our money be returned!"

"This property is no longer a Super 8 hotel it is a college dorm. And when i called expedia to find out what was going on they had no answers and saud sirry to me at midnight 4 hrs from home expecting to have a place to sleep "

"Breakfast was good and the location was very good for my visit, the only issue I have with most Choice Hotels is that the commodes are very low, so when you have arthritic Ken’s’s it can be difficult to use them."

"Excellent hotel, the staff drive for service. My only observation is the elevator = we were on room 334 and every time we took the elevator to third floor, the elevator started shaking and shaking until open."

"This property was terrible. We arrived to find the house filthy and all the beds unmade. Trash everywhere, food left out on counters, blood in one of the beds. We could not stay here and booked another hotel at 11:00 PM in Pittsburgh. I have never seen such a filthy vacation rental. "
