"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Was a great stay, great location, manager of restaurant was amazingly accommodating, Maybe Tjaart was his name, big tall fellow. He was great and reception staff very friendly as well. Food great. Not sure a service charge is fair when you are staying in theeir hotel. That was a big no no. Build it in to cost and then it wont anger me. Overall 95/100."

"From arrival to departure we were made to feel welcome the staff are superb nothing is too much trouble. The food is absolutely delicious perfectly presented and portioned. "We were delighted with out stay - from the check-in to the Manager (Michelle) checking in to see if there was anything we additionally needed.
