"Très mauvaise expérience à l’Hôtel Pansy. Le personnel n’est pas professionnel du tout et le service laisse fortement à désirer. La chambre était sale à notre arrivée et elle est restée dans le même état pendant tout le séjour. On a clairement l’impression que la direction ne cherche que l’argent, sans se soucier du confort ni de la satisfaction des clients. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel."

"Unforgettable experience in the Sahara in all its glory under the stars but with all the amenities you would need. Dinner comes with a traditional folk and dance followed by the acrobatics on the horses and then a showcase on traditional breadmaking in the sands. Tent is massive and has power. Place is a bit tricky to if you rely on google maps as it'll take you through the more "scenic" paths but its all in the experience!"

Sehr umorganisiert, kein System, keine Touristen, sehr schlechte Beschilderung des Standortes, kein Internet und niemanden kann man erreichen wegen schlechtem Empfang und Zustand, keine Zimmer wie beschrieben ( nur kleine Zelte mit Gemeinschaftstoilette), keine Handtücher, kein nachfüllen von hygienischen Materialien, kein Warmwasser( nur auf Anfrage!) Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich würde es nicht weiter...

"Considerato che in situ non ci sono molti altri hotels e questo è, a prima vista, meno peggio degli altri, si può consigliarlo agli amici ma solo perché non c'è davvero altro. Pulizia ESTREMAMENTE carente ed è riscaldata solamente la stanza. La hall, il ristorante e tutti gli spazi comuni, in inverno, sono praticamente ghiacciaie giganti. L'hotel è utilizzato dai tour di gruppo anche tunisini il che comporta altri ospiti molto rumorosi e poco rispettosi delle esigenze altrui al...
