"It was an ok hotel, but for the price I was expecting more. Bathroom was smaller than I was expecting. One chair in the room, I didn’t like sitting on the bed eating, but when there is only one chair and my husband was sitting in it I didn’t have any other choice. It was like there was a fee for everything, no free breakfast. The website was a little misleading, makes you think your getting more than you are."

"My stay was wonderful and the staff was extremely kind and helpful - 4 stars for service.
I would like to leave two small suggestions for improvement:
1. It would be very helpful to have a phone in the room. On the first day especially, after traveling, you are tired and don't want to have to go down to the lobby for every little thing.
2. It would be great if the sofa bed was already set up with extra blankets/sheets in the closet when the room is for more than two people. We had to go down...

"Bathroom was very dirty and had bugs . Ice machine & hot tub out of service ! Staff was unfriendly! Was charged $75 ( supposedly refundable) if no charges ! First time for me ! I will never return or recommend !"

"Front desk staff at check in were not so friendly. After that staff was very pleasant at front desk.
