Chauffage insuffisant par température extérieure sous 0 dégrées. Quelques faux déclanchements alarme incendie. Les changements de préstations due au Covid devrait être indiquées sur le site, comme ca dure depuis un moment. Points positifs: Personnel aimable, serviable, parlant anglais, très bonne cuisine,...

I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. "
