"Stayed for a week. Restaurant/Bar staff were fantastic. Room service/cleaning staff were absolutely excellent. Hotel is more of a business hotel, with a nice location near the centre. Room was nice and big. Room cleaning staff kept the cleanliness of the room as probably the best I have ever seen and I stayed at a lot of hotels. So well done to that team. Reception was not very good. Not very helpful and did not explain much at check in or whenever I engaged with them. It’s meant to be 24hour...

"We had a delightful stay at this hotel in Palanga. The location is conveniently situated a short 10-minute drive from the city center, perfect for beach outings or enjoying walks and bike rides. The rooms are exceptionally clean and feature comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the saunas and pool. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We would definitely choose to stay here again. "

"Perfect location for strolling around the old centre of Klaipėda. The staff were without exception very polite, friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated that, after my arrival relatively late in the evening by train from Vilnius on a hot day, they let me take a large draft beer up to my room, even though the bar had already closed. "Great location in Klaipèda Old Town; easy walk to most of the notable sights. Parking booked in advance. Room was clean and functional - ours had a sofa, which is always nice! Safe and fridge in the room - all drinks and snacks are chargeable, even the bottles of water. Bathroom was fine, with shower over the bath. Most importantly … it is in a great location!!"

"All okay really, spacious room, robes, etc, but breakfast starting at 0800hrs on a weekday is not early enough (although take-away bagged makings for a sandwich, fruit and jogurt was provided). Lift inoperable during stay and no offer to help with luggage. Pool chilly and definately not 31C, but jaccuzi very pleasant."

"An sich ist es ein schönes Hotel und das Zimmer war groß, das Bad modern. Allerdings war die Klimaanlage total überfordert und das Fenster nicht zu öffnen weshalb die Temperatur in der Nacht nicht unter 26,5 Grad gesunken ist. Da ist erholsames Schlafen eher nicht möglich. Dafür hat das Frühstücksbuffet viel Luft nach oben. "
