"We’ve had a wonderful time celebrating our 10th year anniversary in this retreat. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The resort amidst the lime caves is magnificent! The only pet peeve I had was the construction noise coming from the upcoming hospital next to the resort."

"Got some hiccups upon check-in due to earlier made requests were not noticeable and unattended at all. "Easy street parking as the block of shop lots were mainly empty. The room we were given had no windows and there is no lift, the stairs were uneven so you need to take care. I found the bed uncomfortable and it was noisy (poor soundproofing)but otherwise, given the price, it is good value. You will need transport to get into Taiping as it is on the outskirts of the town. "

"A basic value for money hotel that is good for short stay. No cleaning or top up service provided during my two nights stay. Door closing in neighbouring rooms and rain can be heard despite no windows in my room but otherwise fine. Two shopping malls of walking distance away with many eateries around.
