"12.10pm received a staff call while we on the way back from Gunung Datuk. Telling staff that we will some delay due to time management of hiking is out of expectation. We reach hotel is about 12.45pm, staff still allowed us to refreshed before check out. Of cause we do it quickly, just taking another half an hour to settled everything. Overall is good, staff is polite, good location. Surrounding a lot of food choices and convenient store just walking distance. "
