"Great room and breakfast"

"Great staff, wonderful location, and great hotel overall "

"Room was okay and clean, The nights were extremely noisy because there is a sitting area outside the room and many would sit at early morning hours and would talk very loudly, being very inconsiderate to the other hotel guests. This sitting area outside the room have to taken away"

"Absolutely the best holiday and I have ever stayed at. The service, the staff, the amenities were exceptional. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel and I recommend it as one of the best hotels you can stay at."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful as usual, you will be in the heart of The Avenues mall the biggest mall of Kuwait, all the shops are just few steps away. The breakfast was delicious and there was a new crepe station with freshly made crepes."

"The room was located directly under the gym, and people were dropping dumbbells every 15 minutes. apparently, it was a continuous class running from 8 AM to 11 PM. It drove me absolutely crazy. On top of that, the staff knocked on my door at 2 AM to give me a phone charger that wasn't even mine. When I asked them about it, they said security had sent them. I didn't like the experience"
