"Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had a strong sewage/drain smell. I immediately reported this to reception and requested a room change, but this was refused. Instead, I was told that a cleaner would attend the room. The cleaner was friendly and professional and changed the bedding in front of us, but she was unable to address the underlying issue. "We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is super cozy with only 14 rooms. We had a whirlpool suite with a nice Jacuzzi. The balcony is well equipped with a fantastic view directly at the beach. "Si viajan en modo vacaciones, no se hospeden aquí sí es que les importa descansar bien. Al ser una residencia de estudiantes hay muchos chicos universitarios hablando fuerte a altas horas de la noche o corriendo por los pasillos, lo que es esperable siendo una residencia universitaria. "I had a great stay at Valhotel. My room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the pool and outdoor areas. My only complaint is that the Wifi connection was not good. I unfortunately had to do some work during my stay and had to purchase an eSim card in order to get on the internet. Other than that, I would recommend a stay here."
