"The hotel has comfortable beds, clean rooms, free parking, and a convenient location near West Edmonton Mall. The included breakfast was also very good.
I stayed in an Accessible King Room with a roll-in shower because it was the only room available for me and my family. Unfortunately, the shower had a serious drainage issue. Water did not drain properly and spread across the bathroom floor, including the area near the toilet.
What concerned me most was that the front desk warned me about the flooding problem before I even entered the room. This suggests that the hotel was already aware of the issue. In my opinion, a room with a known drainage problem should be repaired before being offered to guests.
Other than the bathroom issue, our stay was comfortable and the hotel had several positive features."
