"Loved the atmosphere, staff, amenities. We’ve stayed at Marriott’s, Hyatt’s, etc. All the same feel. This is a fun, unique, artistic piece of property. "The hotel was fine. However they could not verify my confirmation number I had from hotels.com. They said it had to start w a c. They told me that I had to call hotels.com. This was 10 pm at night. I had three little girls with me. I couldn't find a number and when I finally did I could not get ahold of any person. After 1.5 hours (even did chat )) I got a hold of a human and they could not help me. I never was able to prove my reservation. The hotel no longer had any rooms but magically found one I could pay. Higher price for. I still have not received my refund from hotels.com "

"Property is clean and nice. Convenient location and affordable parking. Cons are that the walls are thin, pillows are flat ( and they dont seem to have firm pillows, I asked). Breakfast had a decent variety but wasn't great. The whole fruit was halfway spoiled, the eggs were cold (everyday), they kept running out of forks and syrup. I asked the attendant for more syrup and he said they were out for the day. How can you be out of syrup "for the day"? Were they expecting an overnight syrup shipment? Why were they rationing syrup?"
