"If you stay 300 or 400s rooms , you have to walk out side to the pool, front desk, breakfast.."

"Love this hotel. Will definitely stay here again. Very clean from the room to the hotel its self . Staff was very professional and friendly. Food was very good. Plus the price was great . Highly recommend staying here."

"rooms need more lighting"

"Beautiful hotel. Clean, updated rooms. Comfortable beds (some memory foam!) and pillows. Gorgeous indoor pool that's as warm as a hot tub."

"The Bird in hand family inn was exactly what my family and I were looking for. A quiet place to rest after a day of exploring and Dutch Wonderland. Amazing amenities that I hope we can explore with more time next year. Thank you"

"Check in was seamless. Mike was professional and friendly . The caboose was vintage , cute n clean , perfect for an overnight stay . Will keep it in mind when in the area especially with the grandkids , family fun . Have in the past eaten in the restaurant ,always good food."

"The front desk and dining area staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The housekeeping staff were on point with refreshing the hotel rooms. I would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"Plenty of parking and close to everything. The room was clean but only have a few small toiletries for use, nothing mounted on the walls in the shower."

"Awesome"

"No coffee in rooms and no coffee in lobby till 730am. No nearby breakfast. Closest restaurant did not open till 8am. No iron on room. No microwave in room. Basically, you had a clean comfortable sleep and ability for bath or shower"

"It was not what I expected from a Hilton based on my previous stay at Hilton facilities. It was limited in every sense. There were no closets to hang the clothes, other than a few hooks on the wall and probably a 8" wall shelf. No microwave oven. No coffee machine. There was a small refrigerator, but no water or anything inside. Floor is ceramic tiles, instead of rugs. With a chair, a small rolloing desk and the king size bed, there is barely any room to move around. Bathroom is also small....

"The room was clean but the floor in the bathroom was dirty. The towels were really old and stained. The bed was comfortable but firm. The staff was really friendly. The free breakfast didn’t look appetizing so we didn’t eat it. Even though the hotel was under construction we never heard anything."

"Beautiful landscaping, very friendly staff, and a great location for visiting the Sight & Sound Theatre. Perfect for a weekend or one-night stay. The only downside was that the walls seemed a bit thin, and we could hear noise/conversations from neighboring rooms early in the morning. Overall, a pleasant stay!"
