TBH the maintenance is slightly behind the curve (they had to fix the lights and hot water, but did so promptly). But if it was five star perfection the cost would reflect that."

"The area around the pool wasn't cleared overnight with towels left behind by guests. The toilets by the restaurant wasn't cleaned. However, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the choices of food were amazing. Credit to the kitchen crew for the delicious food. Also, credit to the young intern from Bali.
