"At check-in I was given key cards that didn't work. Then I found out the room was occupied. Another employee said they make mistakes like that all the time. Was given a new room. Whether it was the roomy bathroom; the 'on the wall' mirror; the full-length mirror; the 'real' iron and ironing board; the cared for rug on the floor; the wonderful mattress; and the overall design of the room; everything was 'just right'. Every person on the staff was professional, friendly and accommodated every need that I had."
