"There are no clear signs to parking for the hotel and we ended up parking on the multi storey next to it. The reception on checking in was dismal, not very welcoming and when asked for a quiet room, she replied that all the rooms are quiet. This was not the case as we were wakened with ongoing road resurfacing works that started just after 6am the next morning. "The highlight of the stay was the lady who checked us in. She was super helpful and friendly. We were told about the history of the hotel, dinner recommendations, advised about the light show and shown around the hotel. I wish I’d gotten her name to personally thank her. The hotel itself is modern, clean, great location. It has onsite parking with EV charging (not the cheapest around but convenient) lots of great bars and restaurants around. Only a few minutes walk from the old town."

"The welcome was excellent. The room was small but totally functional. The location is great. Park at the Place de la République. There are renovation works ongoing at the hotel but they didn’t affect us. At the price point it is a great place to stay with excellent staff."

"Decent budget hotel. The bathroom is pretty cheap, as expected. It wasn't noisy. The main negative point is that the Aircon wasn't working (fan only, no cooling)."
