"Great spot to stay, excellent location to the beach and downtown Perce. The staff were friendly and spoke both English and French. The location was great with walking access to all amenities with ample parking. If you stay here definitely ask for a room with a view in the lower lot as they have a part of the hotel across the street with no view. We stayed in the off season and the price was fair, however in high season depending on the price this might lack some amenities for the cost. There was...
