"Very clean room, staff was very helpful and delightful. Free breakfast is very good deal and a lot of food. The views from our room which included the octopool and the Gulf were stunning and amazing. We loved that the balconies are screening in top to bottom for safety too. 100% going back!!!"

"There was mold in the shower and the floors felt terribly dirty, as well as the material on the furniture looked clearly filthy. Reported it to the office. They stated that they would refund me still waiting on that refund. Highly disappointed. However, the area is a very active in good area to be in."

"Only one outlet worked for charging laptops and phones and it wasn't by the desk or the bed. It was over in a corner. This is a necessity these days. You can do better."

"Beautiful hotel! We were very disappointed that coffee was not available 24/7. There was a Keurig in our room, but no access to free coffee in the lobby at any time. We would have preferred the milk, honey, creamer instead of powdered creamer"

"Overall it is a nice place and convenient for local travel. I really think the $40 per person per day resort fee is outrageous. A lot of the place is privately owned or under construction. Your resort fee gets you towels and a chair at the beach, access to a small water park. A shuttle and WiFi. It would be more honest to raise the daily rate and drop the fee. One timer for us and can’t recommend it to others. "
