"My family and I really enjoyed our stay overall. I was skeptical about the place prior to arrival because of some reviews I had read, but we didn’t experience many problems. The majority of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool area, which is important (keeping the kids happy.). Our suite seemed very clean with comfortable beds. We really liked our big lanai, and watching an alligator in the lake behind our building."

"Worse place I ever stayed. I got a message the day before, the elevator wasn’t working. Ok.. I got there after driving under a heavy rain and they told me where to park. Finished my check in, went to my car get my luggage and realized I was at 3rd at the opposite side where I parked and had to carry all mine and my daughter stuff and bring it by myself because there is no one to help. I was mad but tried to enjoy my deserved vacation. Blinds are horrible with no black out, I mean I was awake...

"This is a beautiful and truly exceptional Hotel. It has the finestst, most beautiful Hotel grounds in the Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers and Southwest Florida. No other expensive Holiday Resorts or so called Luxe Hotels compare to this lush and beautiful environment with lovely gardens within and throughout the expansive property. This Gym is state of the Art. The rooms are spotless, fresh and beautifully appointed. The outdoor pool is super clean and pleasing with shade trees, nice chairs...

"I stayed at this property with my husband for almost a week. Super quick walk to the beach from our room and the hotel provides chairs and umbrellas. Our favorite amenity was the bikes that they let you check out. We rode the bikes all over the Island and it was wonderful. The staff refreshed our towels every day while we were out so that was really nice to come back to. The only negatives are that there was only 1 mirror in the room and it was in the bathroom and the TV was hard to navigate at...

"Felt like they weren’t fully staffed. There wasn’t a lot of vibes of merriment even though they have great amenities to do so. Allison at Flippers was very nice and enjoyable. Gigi at Beach House was very sweet and we enjoyed her service but have to say we had told the restaurant that it was our 35th wedding anniversary and felt that was somewhat not acknowledged. Yes they gave us dessert and that was kind and we weren’t expecting anything but just felt our reservation could have been made to...

"We thought the hotel was perfect. We frequent sanibel. Staying in almost a different place everytime. This place is definelty not the cheapest. But everything was on point. Clean beautiful. My kids really appreciated the kayak and paddle boards. So did their grandmother actually. We will be back again some day."
