"Beautiful property with just a short walk to the parks and Downtown Disney. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning in both of our rooms. The rooms do have AC, but they’re not cooled very well. And it’s was the same issue last year when visiting with my brother in the World of Marvel New York hotel. "I’m a Disney fan. I’m platinum on Disney cruises and passholder for wide Orlando. I was so excited to take the kids to Disney Paris. Wow. This was an eye opener. Just a couple things that maybe it was my fault for expecting. 1) helpfulness? Not here. I went to the guest services a few times because I had questions. Like my kids needed some extra pillows? "Staff wasn't friendly, cabin was dirty had mold and was uncomfortable. Especially dislike having to put the key in to run the AC and certain lights as well as to lock the door from the inside. There was no paper towels, kitchen towels or dishwashing liquid."

"Check-in was quick. Only had to pay tourist tax and security deposit before getting key to apartment. The apartment was very clean and the air conditioning units for all rooms worked great. "The hotel is fine for a short family break at Disneyland. But bear in mind it’s a 2-star, so very basic. Staff checked me in but as we were early, the room wasn’t ready, so we went off to the parks and then returning some 6 hours later, hot and tired from the parks, they couldn’t find our booking.
