"The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very accommodating. When we got to our room we realized that the fridge was not working. I talked to the girl at the front desk and within 1/2 hour another one was brought it. We will def be staying here in the future."

"My wife ordered a hamburger at the restaurant and it was tough, but manager would not remove charge or discount it. my grouper sandwich was great though! The room was a great price and very comfortable and the gentleman at front counter was very nice and accommodating!"

"Great place to stay!!!! What a view!!! Dolphin's stayed out front pretty much all the time, during high tide. Great place for bike riding. Really enjoyed this place."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The unit was all as advertised. Very clean. My only suggestion would be to have lights on when you enter and a fresh smell. It was a little dark with a musty closed up smell therefore the first impression was not the best. Once we were there and turned on lights, opened up the windows, turned on fans it was very nice with lots of books and games. Loved it❣️Beautiful sunrises❣️"

"We had an excellent stay and couldn't have been happier. The house was very clean and very well appointed. The owner was so friendly with excellent communication. He was also very flexible with us, as we were evacuating our beach town for Hurricane Milton. So many things were up in the air, and this was a wonderful place to ride out the storm. Due to the weather, we did not get to see Rainbow Springs State Park, but will definitely come back in the future. Beautiful area. This house had every...
