They first said that they had to call Hotels.com and confirm the reservation, even after I showed them a copy of my receipt. Then, they had not cleaned our rooms. It took them 1 1/2 hours to get our rooms ready. This was unacceptable. I had previously stayed at this hotel six other times and it had always been very good. But, not this time. "The Ecolodge was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and attentive. We went off season for rest and refreshment, which we were able to get. The bad part about going really off season is the kitchen had a very limited menu. The food was delicious, but most of the menu was not available."
