"We got the opportunity to get a paid upgraded room and ended up on the highest floor in a junior suite with the views of the ocean! Floor to ceiling glass panels and ( slightly tricky to operate) automatic curtains made it magical especially the sunset! Breakfast was well catered for with a variety of food. "I started for three nights. The location is great. The customer service is consistently excellent. The breakfast is great. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The front desk will exchange US dollars to soles and give you change any time. So cool. I gave 4 stars because 1) there was an issue with Expedia that they kept calling me to resolve it. 2) I don't care if I stay there again. There's nothing memorable for me there. Just another big hotel."
