"Very lovely setting. The room was fine, bed comfortable and large. the bathroom was awful. The bathtub super slippery (although there were handles to hang on to to get in); the hot water was not hot enough and took forever to heat up, so did not use the cold water. The toilet paper holder was coming off the wall, and the bathtub as stated earlier could have been upgraded. Breakfast was not kept warm the first morning, but was fine the day after. My daughter walked barefoot and her feet were black. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in some time. Boothbay has limited affordable options, and this place has real potential. "Breakfast was amazing, the view from our room was great. When we got there a staff member walked in on us within ten minutes of being in the room which made us a little uncomfortable. As we were leaving the next day a different staff member asked us if we checked out the minute we left out someone went into our room at 9:30am. It felt a bit rushed. The area itself was beautiful and certain staff were wonderful as well."

"Great location and good for a couple of days. No fridge, coffee pot or mirowave in rooms. Cute decorations with storage space and very good lighting. Coffee/tea in office opens at 8AM closes at 4PM. Good hot water and comfy beds, all you need in Boothbay, you want to be out exploring."

"The room was attractive, spacious, and easy to get into with the room codes. It was also close enough to downtown to walk to many places. The room heater would be my only criticism. It would come on to the desired temperature and shut off once it was reached. The room would then get very cold before it clicked back on and so it was up and down for the entire stay. At times it was distracting."
