"Very happy we stayed at the Highpoint Hotel. We had a suite that was large with great views from all the windows. Was very convenient to all our activities. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again."

"This hotel was lovely. The night staff was super helpful. We got in at 2am after driving hours through a crazy lightning storm. Housekeeping pounded on our door and every other door on our floor at 8:55am, yelling “Housekeeping!” Check out isn’t until noon. They pounded on our door 3 full hours before checkout. So much for getting a solid 8 hours of sleep after a rough night of driving so that we could continue safely on our journey. When I expressed my frustration to the front desk, all...

"For the price this was an acceptable overnight stay. The aircon is very loud, So if you are a light sleeper you would struggle. The mattress also requires changing as areas that are sinking. The breakfast choices were not the worst I’ve had at similar hotels, but it’s not great so if you are staying more than one night you probably need to BYO."

"I just want to know who decides how to design a handicap room? The roll in shower was very clean, but impractical. The main problem was that the curtain did not help contain the spray and the floor did not slope back into the shower. The result was that I ended up with a small pond that went into my bed area. The provided 2 towels meant that I did not have enough for me and to contain the water in the bathroom. I felt bad that the water left the bathroom but the design of the room was not well...

"The front desk person was not helpful and didn’t say a word to us. It was 1am but some acknowledgement would’ve been nice. The beds were fine, the pillows were really thick. Bathroom was nice. Continental breakfast options were an apple, Orange or bagel. If you wanted something else you had to pay for it. It was attached to the airport which was nice."
