"The staffer rude and I was not told that when you have a dog they have to come in and clean your room everyday. So I told the housekeeper I didn't need any services. Then they sent the head housekeeper banging on my door at 9:00 in the morning not even 10:00 or 11:00. Demanding that I let her in the room and I just got in the night before. They need to teach her customer service cuz her customer service sucks"

"Beautiful hotel, lovely outside gardens to stroll through, with fountains & Koi fish swimming in the pond. The location is about 7 miles east of I-5, out of the way from traffic noise. We would stay there again with our dog."

"This hotel was clean and comfortable but overall my stay was very odd, which is why I'm giving a lower number of stars than I might normally give a Marriott hotel. First of all, the amount that i was charged does not match the amount on the receipt that I was emailed. It's about $30 more, and I'm assuming it's because I was charged for breakfast, even though I paid extra for a breakfast voucher. Also i tried to order a beverage at the bar, but the cocktail wasn't available on their POS system....

"I dont no because I booked through Expedia and when I got to Best Western I had no booking there I spent 2 hours on the phone with Expedia and got charged extra to get sent to a different Motel the gentleman who was on staff that night was awesome that's all I can say about Best Western then I got a lot to say about Expedia if you want to hear you're more than welcome to call 360-721-3115"

"The hotel was inexpensive, and the facilities are quite old. The housekeeping staff works hard to keep everything clean, but some areas need renovation. For example, the bathrooms need new grout, and the edges where the toilet meets the floor are old and cracked. During my stay, I also saw a cockroach on the bathroom floor, which I believe came from under the toilet. The breakfast was continental—cereal, milk, bagels, and coffee—nothing impressive.
