" VE: The reception staff were exceptionally helpful & welcoming. It was great to have 2 pillows provided per person, instead of having to ask for them. "Receptionist unreliable with limited English skills! They didn’t clean our room! Bathroom was dirty and full of ants! We booked the pick-up in advance as requested, for the morning, because we had a bus, and they were in delay! I need to push several times!! We had dinner experience, terrible, limited food in terms of quantity and variety! When food finished was not replaced, even if we asked and several people were there without dinner yet! I strongly NOT recommend this resort! Very very bad...

"There was a long flight of steps to get down to the property. It may be able to cater for many people but seating and dining areas are not conducive for all to gather.
