"Je suis globalement déçu de cet endroit. Le prix me semble bien au delà de la prestation. Dans le bungalow (j'etais dans le 10) : Il n'y a pas de rideau occultant, la porte d'entrée se ferme mal et laisse passer la lumière et les insectes et lézards. "This is not a nice hotel! The pictures are misleading, it looks like they are probably several years old. The hotel is much less inviting now. I guess it would be fine for travelers on a limited budget who don't mind very basic accommodations. The grounds were untidy with visible piles of garbage, the rooms were spartan and uninviting - the place looked more like a barracks than a hotel. I took one look at the place and my room, and left to find another hotel, even though I had already pre-paid....

"I likes the hotel & staff for the most part and the food & drink were very good. But the Customer service was lacking, I asked for help with suggested transportation tours but got No response. The AIr Conditioning wasn’t working in my room and the TV had just one French channel & nothing in English. As I understood it was not safe to walk around ar night, There was nothing to do but look at my phone or read a book… No TV News No TV entertainment in my room… rather boring…"

"The staff are bad, don't treat client s properly . i changed 4 rooms, the first room doesn't have wifi, have to beg 2 days to move to next room and staff are so bad and arrogant, one staff shouted at me. 2nd room the door lock doesn't work, so the problem continued until the 4th room. the breakfast is small dry bread with jam, it is shame 5days dry bread with jam!!!!! i will never go there and never recommend to anyone, Hotel Panorama!"
