"The room was clean, comfortable and a reasonable size. The location was OK but the external entry to the property was undesirable and in need of attention. Inside the property was in better condition but still could use some attention. Breakfast was good with good choices. Staff were helpful and professional and they obviously are not able to do anything about the state of the building. The price was good for the facilities that were there but it felt neglected on the outside."

"I left my wallet in the room containing quite alot of euros and some English money and health cards . When discovered I had left it on the Sunday hotel staff said it was checked by cleaner and receptionist who didn’t find it! and it and would be difficult to contact next occupant. It was a large wallet with a handle and it must have dropped on the floor. I can only have left it there as only took out my pills for the friday night snd had no need to use until the Sunday!"

"I highly highly recommend staying here. The castle was cool, very peaceful, calm, and very clean. We got in late and Christian was able to make a couple phone calls and find us an excellent place to eat. It ended up being the best meal of the entire trip! Homemade jam and juice topped off the morning. We are sad that we could not stay longer!!"

"We got to the property late in the evening but had the access codes to the gate and the room. When we got into the property it was pitch black and had to use a torch as all the lights were off which is a bit of a security issue. We had a room on the 2nd floor and the daytime temperature that day was in the mid 30’s. We got to the room we found out that the Dyson fan was broken and had no way to get it fixed.
