"Excellent staff! Thank you, ALL!"

"The Hyatt Place Dhaka Uttara is a great hotel. This was my third stay and it was just at as enjoyable as the first two. Mr Rakibul at the front desk is a very professional and helpful man, as are all the staff I had interactions with. Their command of the English language is amazing and so I never had to repeat anything. Rooms and spotlessly clean, no bad smells, and well equipped. The location is perfect also. The beds are so comfortable I missed dinner on two nights, and slept right through."

"Even though it was a one night stay as I traveled through Dhaka, the hotel and its staff were excellent. Room was very clean. Airport transfers were handled very well"

"Great service.great people,"

"The staff were extremely helpful. Room was very clean, modern and well Maintained. Breakfast was superb and well planned. It is very difficult to say which staff stands out as all are excellent. I particularly mention Tushu and Isha who were proactive in helping me."

Lastly, the business lounge is useful for meetings and the reception is helpful in arranging pickups and drop offs for the airport."

"Terrible experience. I suggest all of you don’t go to stay there. They try to blackmail you. Be careful to go to there"

There were not a lot of breakfast options, but the quality of the food was goid enough and the service was very friendly. We reserved a toom here after staying at The Way in Dhaka to compare the two. Given the similar price points, The Way offered superior service and quality and had no mosquitos, which was a big plus in dengue season. Overall, Lakeshore is a...

"Nice people and clean hotel BUT: terrible windows. the hotel is very close to a main road, where bus and cars horn all the time. so even with good earplugs you are disturbed by the noise. who designed rooms with a single glass window close to a main road?"
