"This is our second time staying here, we just love this hotel. The hotel has a great restaurant with a fantastic view of the lake, great hot breakfastcwith lots of choices, pool and hot tub are great! Hot tub is huge with in and out areas. Bonfire comfy chairs and an outdoor bar that wasnt open yet, but looks great. This hotel is literally on the beach Quiet, great decor and clean"

"I came up for a golf trip at the Arcadia courses and decided to stay here for my visit. The motel was hosting an art retreat which isn’t typically my thing but all the people I talked with were really cool. I talked briefly with the owner when I got there and she was amazing and had a really cool vibe. Would definitely stay again."

"~ It met our criteria: 1. safe!, 2. clean !! 3. quiet :-) ________ beyond that any breakfast items would have been great (coffee is available 8am - 10pm tho) but its a smaller venue so not a big deal since its last on our list...by far. __ the heating is boiler style, a/c is wall unit - heat did take a few minutes to even out since its not the noisy window electric blower style but baseboard hot water. All good. ___ Staff were the best people we've seen in our decades of marital travels."

"The beautiful add .is blind sided to the beach made it seem like we could see the beach and a short walk .i love manistee and i would suggest staying somewhere else the neighbors were rude "

"The room was clean and nicely decorated but initially the tv's were not working in either the bedroom or living room. We discovered batteries missing in some of the remotes and called Duncan, who drove to Portage Point from an off-site location. He was unable to find a store open to buy batteries, but we ended up with 2 AA and 2 AAA to at least get the bedroom tv to work. The living room tv was "unable to access" Spectrum. "
