"Disappointed with the whole check in process. Was charged an $100 deposit for each room I booked. Still waiting after a week for those deposits to be refunded.
Various staff were very helpful but checking took nearly 20 minutes and is a drawn out process.
I staf at this chain of venues everywhere and am disappointed my details and how I booked were not on their system"

"Comfortable well stocked property. Great location. On site parking and key fob pick up and drop off was easy. The process for giving the deposit and getting the refund was a pain as it took multiple emails. I had to chase my refund but once I did it came through without any issues."
