"Breakfast options could be better"

"Hotel room was dirty. Our socks were black from how dirty the floor was. We found pizza crust in our pull out bed. We let the front desk know and they said they’d make note of it and completely ignored my complaint. Stated smoke free hotel but our whole floor smelt like weed and cigarettes. If we didn’t check in so late at night and didn’t have 3 exhausted kids we would have left. Asked for a refund and they are ignoring the request. "

"Clean room, very good service. The only thing I found disgusting was the gym and laundry sharing space, and I was not able to exercise, the steam of the laundry was all over the gym."
