"There was some homeless or gypsy women hanging out in their parking garage all during the day and most of the night. It seems even 1 of them would come in to go swimming and use the laundry facilities."

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful with suggesting an excellent restaurant for dinner. Our room felt clean and looked fresh with high quality white bed linens. Plenty of parking. Decent breakfast included. Great value. Highly recommend."

"I loved the large balcony overlooking the river. It’s basically why I went there. The staff members I encountered were helpful and pleasant. Parking was a breeze. The grounds of the hotel are very nice and well maintained. Nice outdoor eating/seating. I will definitely be back."

"My tv didn’t work. The room didn’t even have the right remote controls. They spent a few hours working on it. The staff said it was an ongoing problem. Why did Marriott pay big money for such high end tvs , when they could have spent $200 or less at Walmart for a Vizio that works. Very disappointed, as I need the tv for white noise. Therefore, I didn’t sleep. Not a happy customer. With that being said…the staff was amazing!"

"Let's just say, you get what you pay for. My had a dirty shower and dusty shelving. My television didn't work. The walls are then. I heard every conversation I didn't want to. Made it very hard to sleep. I had to get up shift in the am"

"Front desk staff was really unprofessional. The lobby smelled like smoke. There was no soda in the vending machine, no coffee available in the morning. I was also given a room on the second floor which was really inconvenient given my two young kids. Also I don't think it's wheel chair accessable up there. People leave their trash sitting outside their room because they don't empty the trash cans often enough. On my second night I got woken up at about 1am by someone banging on my neighbors...

Ak Always lukewarm Coffee, OJ machine broken, food lukewarm, pool out of service but not divulged until asked , beds not changed, no luggage carts available, no safety bars in tub/shower, no‐slip mats provided, smoking outside of bldg doors entered hallway access to rooms, loud guests slamming doors at 5:30am."
