"This is the third time I have stayed here, and the property never dissapoints. To sum it up, it's very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms are immaculate. The beds are super cozy. It's very quiet. The grounds are clean and well kept,. There's plenty of parking, and the staff are super polite. The continental breakfast is an added bonus, and the price is great! This will always be my go to motel anytime I have to stay in Sweetwater!"

"This location was very clean and inviting. These were the most comfortable beds we have had out of several hotel stays over the past few weeks. I didn't use the shampoo, conditioner, however the shower wash, handwash, and lotion were great. Left our skin very soft. Breakfast was very nice. Plenty of options, from homestyle biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, to healthier options like oatmeal with toppings to fresh fruit and yogurt. "Receptionist was very thoughtful! When I checked in my room was upstairs and being I recently had knee surgery and I have very bad back pain. The receptionist noticed I was in severe pain when I walked in, so I checked in and asked if my room was downstairs she said no but I can see your in pain so you have a seat and I’ll find you a room downstairs. Not only did she give me a room downstairs but when I went to shower there’s a whirlpool tub in the bathroom so you know I had to take a bath! So...
