The only comment I have is that it does not have a gym, I suggest that they should consider purchasing some gym membership from next-door hotel like for example the palace so that guests can use their facility if they choose to have an exercise gym area. "Wow! Tellement un beau hôtel boutique, nous l’avons même mentionné au personnel. La chambre était tellement luxueuse!!! Nous avons été agréablement surpris sur toute la ligne. Magnifique! Même le petit déjeuné était inclus et c’était très bon. Il y avait un peu de tout, dej européen (pain et pâtisserie), américain (œuf bacon saucisse), tunisien (yaourt, olive), etc! "We spent 2 days at Luganodante during a 2 week trip to Italy/Switzerland. I highly recommend staying at this property. The location is centrally located to enjoy the lake, shopping and dining. Easy walk from train station but easy in and out of the garage if you have a car. Very clean, nice lobby bar and restaurant. The staff was very helpful and spoke multiple languages. The full breakfast was included and it was amazing. A wonderful experience all around. "
